Consultant: Sales Consulting
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and medical information of the company's products to healthcare professionals.
• Territory Management: Manage and develop a designated geographical territory to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, by providing accurate information and offering solutions that address their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's product portfolio, as well as competitor products and industry trends.
• Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities, emerging trends, and potential opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Sales Presentations: Organize and conduct effective presentations, seminars, and medical meetings to educate healthcare professionals about the products.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, including call reports, expenses, and customer feedback.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in interactions with healthcare professionals, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Training and Education: Continuously enhance product knowledge through training programs and self-study, staying updated on medical research and developments.
• Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with medical professionals.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and the healthcare industry.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for reporting and communication.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
