  • Support of all managers in designated departments in work - legal legislation;
  • Esuring the entire employee cycle - recruitment - development – retention;
  • Consulting and support for managers in the field of employee development and behavior;
  • Continuous improvement in the areas of recruitment, remuneration, benefits, and
  • development in accordance with the company's HR strategy;
  • Labor law agenda;
  • Proposing solutions for managers in case of conflicts or any difficulties with employees;
  • Close communication with managers during the implementation of new projects and
  • processes;
  • Support for managers when working with the attendance system and the OSH reporting
  • system;
  • Communication with local authorities if needed;
  • Reporting to HR Director CEE + communication with other countries and HR colleagues in
  • CEE;
  • New HR system implementation;
  • Business trips to branches and warehouse;
  • Others according to actual needs and requests from the line manager;
  • Create a company culture based on increasing employee engagement;
  • The efficiency of the recruitment process and the filling of open positions;
  • Proposing an economic solution for the termination of job contracts, and analysis of options.


  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position;
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Word, PP, Excel), knowledge of some
  • personnel information systems ;
  • Diligence, systematicity, reliability, open-mindedness, and communication skills
