Shared Services Centre Manager, Location: Constanta

Responsabilities:

 

·        Scales up, implements and delivers a new Shared Service Center leveraging past experience from career bringing best practice and organisational insight to enable a rapid scale up of an agile and increasingly automated Shared Service Center.

·        Oversees end-to-end running of Shared Service Center operations, including Procurement (purchase to pay, AP), Finance (inc. accounting and AR), and HR functions.

·        Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers, taking overall responsibility for growth of the Shared Service Center, developing new offerings in line with expansion strategy.

·        Coaches, mentors and develops the leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

·        Subject matter expert on the width of the Shared Service Center processes, ensuring they are compliant and support process delivery standards.

·        Implements a culture of continuous improvement/growth looking to expand Shared Service Center offering to new customers and develop a best-in-class automation approach to deliver further synergies across the Shared Service Center.

 

Requirements:

 

·     An excellent understanding of the end-to-end Shared Service Center process including negotiating SLAs and developing new liens of business.

·     The ability/disponibility to travel 25% within Europe.

·     An excellent experience in using Shared Service Center software and workflow systems (e.g., Monday.com, Oracle).

·     Fluent in the English language on a business level and preferably an additional language e.g. Dutch or German.
