Your mission

•Contributing to the development of the controlling department at the level of operational processes

•Active involvement in the growth of the Shared Service Center in Cluj together with the management team

Responsabilities

• With your expertise you advise and support the management as well as the decentralized business units in controlling and financial issues

• Pro-actively support the performance management of the supported corporate functions and stakeholders with financial performance and the transparency and correctness of the reported key figures

• You will be part of the team responsible for cost controlling including standard cost calculation, cost centers cost tracking, forecast and budget planning, as well as overhead costs calculation.

• Margin analysis & proposal of action, particular follow up on negative margin

• Independently analyzing the planning and forecast of the financials (BUD, ACT, FC) of the respective Corporate Functions and interpret the deviations

• Taking ownership /leading projects to drive the performance of the Function controlling team

• Preparation of ad hoc reports, analysis, profitability, productivity calculations and various KPIs

• You create transparency on sales and production performance, costs and efficiency and develop the controlling, BI and CRM systems further

Your Profile

• Master´s degree in business administration with focus on controlling/accounting or in a related field

• Proficiency in SAP and BI applications and experienced Excel/PowerPoint user

• Excellent analytical capabilities, strong conceptual and convincing skills

• Highly motivated, proactive and open-minded team player

• Fluent written and spoken business English, German skills are preferable
