Accounts Payable Team Leader, Location: Cluj-Napoca

Our client is a specialist in a wide range of transport and customer-specific logistics services. Through a network of 30 group-owned locations, the company is active throughout Europe.

 

Main responsibilities:
- Set-up goals and objectives for the AP team
- Monitoring progress to ensure achievements
- Motivate and evaluate employees
- Manage workload of the team
- Acts as an internal contact between Shared Service Center and the companies served
- Acts as an external contact with suppliers
- Acts as a backup for other AP related tasks/reports
- Supports the Business Unit Administrator/GL with reports, analyses and answers

 

Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience with AP
- Relevant experience (1-2 years) in a similar role of Team Leader
- University Degree: Economics/ Finance
- Advanced English
- Team player person
