The value chain encompasses wires, optical fibers, standardized cables, special cables and assembled systems as well as intelligent products and smart services.
- University (Bachelor or Master) degree
- Preferably minimum 1 year experience in SSC / BPO / Call center environment or minimum 1 year in HR department
- Attention to details, adaptability, resilience and genuine team spirit
- Advanced English skills
- MS Office package medium to advanced level is required
- Manage the application for A1 certificates for abroad business travels
- Create and maintain process and training documentation
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders via email/phone/ticketing system
- Deliver reports, analysis requested by the direct manager on the performed activities
- Maintain specific administrative reports
