Responsibilities:

  • Offering customer support over the phone, chat and E-mail to clients in Italian language
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain customer relationship
  • Deal with all correspondence as requested/required

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Client oriented
  • Basic PC knowledge – the ability to navigate the web
  • Typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
