Process Factory Service Delivery Manager

Our client is a well-known innovative and competent system and development supplier of wires, cables and wiring systems, who employs over 53.000 people in over 88 locations in 35 countries. Its products have various applications - in cars, computers and household devices and even trams. Its customers include well-known companies such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, General Motors, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Peugeot, Renault, Nissan, Rolls Royce, VW and others. 

Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and functionally lead of a team with HR Process Experts
  • Fit/Gap-analysis between global standardized HR processes (all HR functions) and processes currently implemented and executed in local LEONI plants
  • Identification of new products that could be delivered by SSC
  • Definition and identification of process and data quality concepts, reports and intruments
  • Definition of business requirements as enabler for an implementation of adjusted HR processes on a SAP environment
  • Ability to explain, describe and interpret business content and processes into a foundation for technical implementation
  • Supervision and assistance during the technical implementation from a business perspective
  • Supervision of test scenarios, support of test management to assure the functionality of implemented HR processes from a business perspective
  • Supervision and steering of continuous improvement process in HR Operations
  • Assistance and change management during the launch of adjusted processes for local plants
  • Strong team work within international team to ensure successful implementation of processes

 

Requirements:

  • University (BS or Master) degree in Business Administration, Economics or Law (or other comparable fields)
  • Proficient experiences regarding HR process optimization, definition of business requirements, and workshop conduction in an international environment
  • Minimum 5 years in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR services area) or minimum 5 years in HR function
  • More than 3 years of leadership proven experience
  • Project management experience – represents an advantage
  • Preffered very good knowledge of SAP HCM, CRM solution and / or BPMN methodology
  • Experience regarding test management
  • Experience with process and data quality management instruments
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation
  • Flunecy in English and / or German languages
