Global HR Controlling Advisor

Scope of the Role:

Provide global reporting on headcount (HC), by analyzing data and providing key messages to management. Adjust headcount reporting and processes on any organizational change and transformation need.

Your Challenges:
- Provide headcount reporting and information so leaders can make more informed decisions;
- Consolidate data and deliver on regular high-quality HC reporting needs 
- Provide data interpretation and finding conclusions;
- Manage ad-hoc HC data requests for management decisions;
- Adopt existing reporting and KPIs to changing business needs;
- Support increase of efficiency in overall headcount / workforce reporting and data quality;
- Work and collaborate on HC data with various stakeholders:
- Finance, to provide HC related input for financial reporting (e.g. provisions);
- HR country coordinators in all regards to HC and ramp down/ramp up reporting and activities;
- Talent Acquisition team to run and improve HC ramp up reporting;
- Divisional HR colleagues to establish / continuously improve HC evolution governance process;

Qualifications

- Degree level qualification (Master degree preferred);
- MS Excel at a proficient level;
- Working experience: 2+ years’ overall experience with reporting responsibilities;
- Foreign Languages: English – at a proficient level; any other European Language will represent a great asset for the role;
- Analytical thinking, detail-interest, strive for accuracy;
- Ability to adapt information to different stakeholder needs;
- Drive for continuous improvement with pragmatic “out of the box” – thinking;
- Ability to build strong partnerships and manage stakeholders;
