Our client is a world-leading gas and engineering company with headquarters in Munich, Germany. They are operating in more than 100 countries, with over 65.000 employees worldwide. The company has Shared Services Centers in Manila, Porto, and Timisoara and provides various services in an array of fields, such as: industry, medicine, food industry, equipment and other services.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage recruitment channels suitable for vacancies
• Maintaining the relation with recruitment agencies
• First run of CV screening
• Contact selected candidates to schedule interviews
• Participate actively in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates
• Evaluates and comes with proposals on selected candidates to decision-makers
• Manage and update the database with candidates
• Inform candidates about the outcome of the selection process
• Provides support in the company for the process of recruitment and internal evaluation of the people
• Monitor the internal labor market
• Drafting and posting recruitment announcements
• Completing and maintaining the integrity of the candidates' database
• Analysis and reporting of ongoing projects
• Admin Area of HR
• Personal administration
• Fill the contracts for new employees
• SAP registration of employee’s hiring, movements, data changes, and contract end
• Support for on boarding process in order to ensure compliance with Labor Law
• Support HR department in creating specific policies
• Defines eligibilities for bonus payments and check accuracy of bonus calculation
• Defines eligibilities for annual salary review
• Monitors training days and costs necessary in global reporting
• Supports job evaluation process for LGS employees
• Responsible for data extracts from SAP related to employee’s data
• Supports monthly payroll process with necessary data
• Check accuracy of timesheets issued by Line Managers in SSC
• Issues all HR specific admin documents for LGS except medical and salary certification
• User for SAP HR LGS

 

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years direct experience in recruitment
• College Degree required
• Advanced level of English
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word), SAP knowledge would be a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
• Knowledge of the market and the present day challenges in recruitment in the respective area
