Join us to play a key role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation. As an enthusiastic and creative writer, you will develop executive presentations, the internal communications strategy, innovative creative content, and a highly effective internal communication function.

Your tasks:

  • Strategic definition and development of the company brand at country level based on the corporate strategy
  • Development and implementation of concepts and measures for internal and external brand positioning and image development
  • Development and implementation of an employer branding strategy and CSR strategy in close cooperation with HR Department
  • Responsibility for organizational planning, implementation and control of events
  • Responsibility for the digital communication strategy as well as for the design, administration and further development of the company's digital communication channels
  • Represent locally the company to the local press and general public
  • Coordinate communication content at country / site level: internal communications, Trade Press and Brand & Business Communications
  • Management board support
  • Crisis Communication and risk management
  • Selection, coordination and management of external service providers
  • Budget responsibility

Your skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in communication, journalism, public relations or related field
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Very good knowledge and experience developing crisis management plans
  • Experience in creating editorial strategies and content
  • Very good ability to prepare and conduct effective and successful press briefings and interviews
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to develop very good working relationship with key partners
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Result oriented, highly analytical and highly organized
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
